Therefore none of your details used for operating a smart lock is stored online. However, with your permission, we may use your information for marketing purposes. These are independent of your smart lock data, and you can always unsubscribe from marketing contacts.

You can still open with a standard key. Also, you can log in to the tedee app and unlock the door with any other device. Maybe ask a neighbour to use their phone?
